December is a mixed month. It’s usually the busiest month of the year, often with travel and more family involvement than usual. Remember to give yourself space. It may not seem like there are many opportunities for yourself, but it must be a priority, or you won’t have enough to give to others.
I want to thank you all for reading my newsletter, getting Tarot readings, and participating in my empowerment coaching and classes. I appreciate and value each of you and will continue to be here for you in the new year.
Happy Holidays!
Blessings,
J

Coaching Corner
As an Empowerment Coach, my objective is to give you the tools to turn your goals into reality. One of your most powerful tools is to take stock of where you are and to reflect on what 2025 has meant for you.
What were the major events in your life this year? What were your biggest accomplishments? What did you lose, and what lessons did those experiences bring? Taking the time to answer these questions honestly allows you to honor both the triumphs and the challenges that have shaped you.
This is a perfect moment to spend a few minutes making a list of what you would do differently if given the chance. Deciding to approach certain things in a new way is not just about correcting mistakes; it’s about recognizing your growth, understanding your patterns, and consciously choosing a path that can bring more satisfaction and fulfillment. Reflection gives you the clarity to see where change is possible and how small, intentional steps can create meaningful transformation.
As you look back on the year, take a moment to celebrate your successes, forgive yourself for what didn’t go as planned, and envision how you can step into 2026 with intention, confidence, and purpose. Remember, the bridge between where you’ve been and where you want to go is built through awareness, choice, and action—and it starts with this simple act of reflection.
Let me know if this is the year you would like empowerment coaching to become the most successful you.
Tarot End of the Year Reflections
1. What 2025 Taught Us (The Lesson Card)
Card drawn:Life Cycles
Everything and everyone has a beginning and an ending. There were things that came to an end this year, and it’s time to grieve for them. There have also been new beginnings with fresh opportunities. The lesson is to remember both.
2. What was Accomplished (The Achievement Card)
Card drawn:The Unknown
It’s too soon to know what was actually accomplished this year. The universe is not ready to divulge our achievements and failures; they are still in process.
3. What to Release (The Letting Go Card)
Card drawn:Magician
Let go of the misuse of power, or ego. If there is someone who is trying to manipulate you, release them and take back your own power.
4. What to Carry Forward (The Gift Card)
Card drawn:Strength
Be gentle and kind towards yourself and others. Strength comes from compassion, thoughtfulness and a love for humanity.
5. What 2026 Holds (The Guiding Light Card)
Card drawn:Wheel of Fortune
The wheel of fortune will turn in 2026, and things may be unpredictable. Things will not be as they are now, but no one knows what will evolve. Life always changes and is never stagnant.

Numerology: Year Review for 2025
I sometimes have difficulty putting my year in perspective, so reviewing my calendar can be a gentle reminder of some of the less obvious, but still significant occasions. One way to review your year is to look at it through numerology. Review the universal year, and then your personal year. You can even go further and look at the individual monthly themes. This is where my calendar really comes in handy.
For 2025, the Universal year is 9, which is about endings, transformation, global awareness, and collective change. This means that everyone, no matter when they were born, has been in a year with the energy to finish things that have been hanging around, and to decide what needs to be carried forward into the new year.
My birthday is April 21; to calculate my Personal year energy I add my birth day (21=3) to my birth month (4), and then add the Universal year number (9). So my Personal year was 7 (3+4+9=16, which reduces to 7).
The 7 energy is about being a bit quiet and introspective. It can be a spiritual year where one looks more inward than outward for answers. That suits my overall feelings for 2025.
Next year, 2026, will be a 1 Universal year, which is the beginning of a 9 year cycle. Therefore, what we universally manifest in 2026 will take 9 years to fully run its course. My January newsletter will talk about the significance of a 1 year.
